У Київському фаховому коледжі прикладних наук  відбулася робоча зустріч освітян та представників бізнесу.

10 грудня 2025 року в Київському фаховому коледжі прикладних наук пройшла робоча зустріч, присвячена обговоренню проблемних питань кадрового забезпечення вітчизняної галузі легкої промисловості та гармонізації спільних дій представників освіти і бізнесу задля підвищення якості підготовки фахівців галузі.

Проведення заходу було ініційоване президентом-головою правління Української асоціації  легкої промисловості “Укрлегпром” Тетяною Ізовіт, яка є головою наглядової ради KCAS. Ініціатива була підтримана Коледжем в особі директора Ганни Щуцької, члена правління Асоціації “Укрлегпром”, експертки з питань освіти. Силами команди KCAS була організована екскурсія освітнім закладом та робота круглого столу. 

На заході були присутні представники Міністерства освіти і науки України, Департаменту освіти і науки міста Києва:

• Генеральний директор директорату професійної освіти Міністерства освіти і науки України Ірина Шумік;
•  Начальник управління економіки і фінансів Департаменту освіти і науки виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) Людмила Борисенко;
• Державний експерт Експертної групи з питань управління та державно-приватного партнерства Директорату професійної освіти Міністерства освіти і науки України Сергій Коваленко.

Також на зустрічі освіту представляли партнери Коледжу з Київського національного університету технологій та дизайну:

• В. о. ректора КНУТД Олександра Ольшанська;
• Декан факультету мистецтв і моди КНУТД Наталія Остапенко;
• Декан факультету дизайну КНУТД Калина Пашкевич.

Київський фаховий коледж прикладних наук (KCAS) на зустрічі, зокрема, представили:

• Заступник директора з комунікацій та соціального розвитку KCAS Роман Яцків;
• Завідувачка навчально-виробничої практики KCAS Надія Фадєєва;
• Завідувачка відділення бізнесу KCAS Анна Сокол;
• Завідувачка відділення технологій KCAS Оксана Сахно;
• Завідувачка відділення дизайну KCAS Наталія Прокопенко;
• Голова комісії технологій фешн-бізнесу Оксана Закора.

До заходу долучилися численні представники вітчизняного бізнесу. Зокрема:

• Компанія “Олтекс”;
• Фабрика трикотажного одягу “Роза”;
• ТОВ “ТК-Домашній текстиль”;
• ТОВ “Дана-Мода”;
• Компанія “Прайм-Шуз”.

Ключовими темами обговорення були: адаптація навчальних програм до реальних потреб сучасного виробництва, дуальна освіта та виробнича практика безпосередньо на підприємстві, шляхи подолання дефіциту кадрів робітничих професій у галузі.

За результатами обговорення актуальних питань галузі сторони досягли ряду домовленостей. Зокрема щодо консолідації зусиль для більш ефективної підготовки до вступної кампанії 2026/2027 років, унесення змін до класифікатора галузевих професій, створення сприятливих умов для організації і проведення виробничих практик для здобувачів освіти тощо.

Ця робоча зустріч - наочний приклад прямого та корисного діалогу між освітянами та управлінцями вітчизняної освіти, роботодавцями та галузевими експертами сфери легкої промисловості. Такий діалог фахової передвищої освіти та промисловості є запорукою їх ефективної та гармонійної співпраці, розумного планування й реалістичної оцінки сьогоденних можливостей з прицілом на майбутнє.

A working meeting of educators and business representatives took place at Kyiv College of Applied Sciences.

On December 10, 2025, a working meeting was held at Kyiv College of Applied Sciences, dedicated to discussing problematic issues of staffing the domestic TCLF industry and harmonizing joint actions of education and business representatives to improve the quality of training of industry specialists.

The event was initiated by the President-Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Association of TCLF Industry “Ukrlegprom” Tetyana Izovit, who is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KCAS. The initiative was supported by KCAS Director Hanna Shchutskaya, a member of the Board of the Association “Ukrlegprom”, an expert on education. KCAS team organized a tour of the educational institution and a roundtable discussion.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Department of Education and Science of Kyiv:

• Director General of the Directorate of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Iryna Shumik;
• Head of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Department of Education and Science of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) Lyudmila Borysenko;
• State Expert of the Expert Group on Management and Public-Private Partnership of the Directorate of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Kovalenko.

Also at the meeting, education was represented by the College's partners from the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design:

• Acting Rector of KNUTD Oleksandra Olshanska;
• Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Fashion of KNUTD Nataliya Ostapenko;
• Dean of the Faculty of Design of KNUTD Kalyna Pashkevych.

Kyiv College of Applied Sciences (KCAS) was represented at the meeting, in particular, by:

• Deputy Director for Communications and Social Development of KCAS Roman Yatskiv;
• Head of Educational and Industrial Practice of KCAS Nadiya Fadeeva;
• Head of the Business Department of KCAS Anna Sokol;
• Head of the Technology Department of KCAS Oksana Sakhno;
• Head of the KCAS Design Department Natalia Prokopenko;
• Head of the Fashion Business Technologies Commission Oksana Zakora.

Numerous representatives of domestic business joined the event. In particular:

• “Rosa” Knitwear Factory;
• LLC “TK-Domashniy Tekstil”;
• LLC “Dana-Moda”;
• “Prime-Shoes” company.

The key topics of discussion were: adaptation of training programs to the real needs of modern production, dual education and production practice directly at the enterprise, ways to overcome the shortage of personnel in working professions in the industry.

Following the discussion, the parties reached a number of agreements. In particular, regarding the consolidation of efforts for more effective preparation for the 2026/2027 admission campaign, making changes to the classifier of industry professions, creating favorable conditions for organizing and conducting industrial internships for students, etc.

This working meeting is a clear example of a direct and productive dialogue between educators and managers of domestic education, employers and industry experts in the field of TCLF industry. Such dialogue between professional pre-higher education and industry is the key to their effective and harmonious cooperation, reasonable planning and realistic assessment of current opportunities with an eye on the future.
