KCAS підписали меморандум про співпрацю з компанією “НІКА-ТЕКСТ ПЛЮС”

17 листопада 2025 року Київський фаховий коледж прикладних наук та компанія “НІКА-ТЕКСТ ПЛЮС” офіційно уклали меморандум про співпрацю та взаємодію. Документ підписали заступник директора коледжу Юрій Щербань та засновниця і директорка підприємства Богдана Сидоренко - бойовий медик, яка перетворила невелику швейну майстерню на одного з лідерів українського ринку легкої промисловості.

Меморандум закріплює стратегічне партнерство у сфері освіти, науки, інновацій та професійної підготовки. Сторони домовилися про:

• обопільну участь у грантових та інноваційних проєктах;
• оновлення змісту освітніх програм відповідно до галузевої стратегії навичок TCLF (текстиль, одяг, шкіра, взуття);
• розробку навчальних програм для перекваліфікації та підвищення кваліфікації;
• підтримку сталого розвитку, зелених і цифрових переходів;
• організацію практичної підготовки студентів та можливість їх подальшого працевлаштування;
• стажування викладачів і підвищення кваліфікації працівників підприємства;
• участь у профорієнтаційних заходах, конкурсах, виставках і семінарах.

Співпраця також охоплює реалізацію завдань європейського проєкту METASKILLS4TCLF та врахування результатів програми Skills4Smart TCLF Industries 2030, спрямованих на модернізацію галузі та розвиток навичок майбутнього.

“Це не просто формальність - це реальний крок до інтеграції освіти й виробництва. Ми об’єднуємо зусилля, щоб готувати фахівців, які відповідають сучасним викликам ринку”, - наголосила Ганна Щуцька, директорка Коледжу.

Компанія “НІКА-ТЕКСТ ПЛЮС” - один із найбільших постачальників військового, тактичного та робочого одягу для державного сектору України та Європи. Підприємство має три виробничі локації у Вінницькій області, 17 технологічних ліній, понад 850 працівників і власну навчальну програму для швачок. У 2024 році компанія виготовила понад 500 тисяч одиниць продукції.

Підписання меморандуму - взірець ефективної взаємодії між освітою та бізнесом, результатом чого є розвиток галузі та потужна підтримка молоді, яка здобуває фахову передвищу освіту. До того ж, така колаборація - ще один крок до зміцнення економіки України.

KCAS signed a memorandum of cooperation with the company “NIKA-TEXT PLUS”

On November 17, 2025, Kyiv College of Applied Sciences and the “NIKA-TEXT PLUS” company officially concluded a memorandum of cooperation. The document was signed by the deputy director of the college, Yuriy Shcherban, and the founder and director of the enterprise, Bohdana Sydorenko, a combat medic who turned a small sewing workshop into one of the leaders of the Ukrainian TCLF industry market.

The memorandum consolidates a strategic partnership in the field of education, science, innovation and professional training. The parties agreed on:

• mutual participation in grant and innovation projects;
• updating the content of educational programs in accordance with the TCLF (textile, clothing, leather, footwear) sectoral skills strategy;
• development of training programs for retraining and advanced training;
• support for sustainable development, green and digital transitions;
• organization of practical training of students and the possibility of their further employment;
• internships for teachers and advanced training of employees of the enterprise;
• participation in career guidance events, competitions, exhibitions and seminars.

The cooperation also covers the implementation of the tasks of the European project METASKILLS4TCLF and taking into account the results of the Skills4Smart TCLF Industries 2030 program, aimed at modernizing the industry and developing the skills of the future.

“This is not just a formality - it is a real step towards the integration of education and production. We are joining forces to train specialists who meet modern market challenges,” emphasized Hanna Shchutska, director of College.

The “NIKA-TEXT PLUS” company is one of the largest suppliers of military, tactical and work clothing for the public sector of Ukraine and Europe. The enterprise has three production locations in the Vinnytsia region, 17 production lines, more than 850 employees and its own training program for seamstresses. In 2024, the company produced over 500 thousand units of products.

The signing of the memorandum is an example of effective interaction between education and business, resulting in the development of the industry and strong support for young people who are receiving professional pre-higher education. In addition, such collaboration is another step towards strengthening the economy of Ukraine.
