Педагогічна рада, присвячена початку нового 2025-2026 навчального року, відбулася у KCAS

          29 серпня 2025 року засідання педагогічної ради у Київському фаховому коледжі прикладних наук співпало з Днем пам’яті захисників України та Днем жалоби за загиблими 28 серпня внаслідок російської атаки киянами. Саме тому директорка коледжу Ганна Щуцька розпочала чергове засідання ради із вшанування усіх мужніх чоловіків та жінок, що боронили і боронять нашу країну та зі слів пам'яті про цивільних жертв російського терору в Україні. Теплими словами згадали і про мужніх викладачів та випускників Коледжу, що стали на захист нашої держави. Колектив KCAS вшанував пам’ять полеглих героїв хвилиною мовчання.

          Перше засідання педагогічної ради 2025-2026 навчального року також відвідали представники Департаменту освіти і науки. Зокрема, на заході була присутня Юлія Марченко, виконувачка обов’язків начальника відділу закладів фахової передвищої та вищої освіти Департаменту освіти і науки виконавчого органу Київської міської ради. Працівники коледжу отримали подяки за допомогу у ліквідації наслідків атаки у закладах пердвищої освіти Києва, що постраджали від атаки на столицю.

У рамках порядку денного першим питанням визначено узгодження складу Педагогічної ради та обрання секретаря Ради. За результатами голосування Анна Сокол, завідувачка відділення Бізнес, викладачка комісії гуманітарних дисциплін, була переобрана секретарем.

Педагогічний колектив KCAS заслухав доповіді директорки Коледжу Ганни Щуцької за тематикою “Про формат організації освітнього процесу та затвердження графіку освітнього процесу на 2025-2026 навчальний рік” та “Про затвердження структури Київського фахового коледжу прикладних наук зі змінами”.

          Традиційно було розглянуто питання про організацію і участь KCAS у багаточисельних заходах, запланованих на новий навчальний рік. Про основні події на 2025 - 2026 навчальний рік доповів заступник директора з комунікацій та соціального розвитку Роман Яцків.

          Своєю чергою Вікторія Коваль, відповідальний секретар приймальної комісії KCAS, представила проміжний звіт приймальної комісії щодо результатів вступної кампанії 2025. Нагадаємо, приймальна комісія KCAS продовжує роботу та набір студентів і на початку 2025 - 2026 навчального року.

          На засіданні педагогічної ради прозвучали й інші доповіді викладачів та адміністрації:

  Юрій Щербань, заступник директора з навчально-методичної роботи, представив доповідь “Про затвердження Загального плану роботи Київського фахового коледжу прикладних наук на 2025-2026 навчальний рік”.
• Олена Васюк, старший інспектор з кадрів, представила доповідь “Про стан організації та ведення військового обліку здобувачів освіти”.
• Оксана Дзюба, уповноважена особа з питань запобігання та виявлення корупції, представила доповідь “Про затвердження Положення про запобігання та протидію корупції у Київському фаховому коледжі прикладних наук зі змінами”.
• Завідувачі відділень Наталія Прокопенко, Оксана Сахно, Анна Сокол представили доповіді “Про переведення студентів, які навчаються за кошти фізичних та/або юридичних осіб на вакантні місця регіонального замовлення”.
• Павло Притченко, заступник директора з адміністративно-господарської роботи, представив доповідь “Про організацію безпечного освітнього середовища  у 2025-2026 навчальному році у Київському фаховому коледжі прикладних наук”.
  

  

  

  

   

          Насамкінець, засідання Ради завершилося мотивуючою та оптимістичною подією: нагородженням грамотами за сумлінну працю і особисті досягнення викладачів та працівників Коледжу. Серед нагороджених - Тетяна Пономаренко, методистка навчальної частини, викладачка комісії технологій легкої промисловості KCAS отримала подяку від мера столиці за вагомий внесок у розвиток молодіжного руху. Також нагороду за вагомий особистий внесок у розвиток молодіжного руху і молодіжної політики від Депратаменту молоді та спорту міста Києва отримала методистка KCAS Катерина Гірчук. Вітаємо всіх нагороджених і зичимо педагогічному колективові KCAS гідно тримати стрій і плідно працювати у  новому навчальному році!

The Pedagogical Council dedicated to the beginning of the new 2025-2026 academic year was held at KCAS

On August 29, 2025, the meeting of the Pedagogical Council at Kyiv College of Applied Sciences coincided with the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine and the Day of Mourning for those who died on August 28 as a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv residents. That is why the director of College, Hanna Shchutska, began the meeting of the council by honoring all the courageous men and women who defended and are defending our country and with words of remembrance for the civilian victims of Russian terror in Ukraine. Warm words were also spoken about the courageous teachers and graduates of College who stood up for the defense of our state. The KCAS team honored the memory of the fallen heroes with a minute of silence.

The first meeting of the pedagogical council of the 2025-2026 academic year was also attended by representatives of the Department of Education and Science. In particular, the event was attended by Yulia Marchenko, Acting Head of the Department of Professional Pre-Higher and Higher Education Institutions of the Department of Education and Science of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council. College employees received thanks for their assistance in eliminating the consequences of the attack on primary education institutions in Kyiv that suffered from the attack on the capital.

The first issue on the agenda was the approval of the composition of the Pedagogical Council and the election of the Secretary of the Council. According to the results of the vote, Anna Sokol, head of the Business department, a teacher of the Humanities Commission, was re-elected Secretary.

The KCAS teaching staff heard reports from College Director Hanna Shchutskaya on the topics “On the format of organizing the educational process and approving the schedule of the educational process for the 2025-2026 academic year” and “On approving the structure of Kyiv College of Applied Sciences with changes”.

Traditionally, the issue of organizing and participating in numerous events planned for the new academic year was considered. The Deputy Director for Communications and Social Development Roman Yatskiv reported on the main events for the 2025-2026 academic year.

In turn, Viktoriya Koval, Executive Secretary of the KCAS Admissions Committee, presented the interim report of the Admissions Committee on the results of the 2025 admissions campaign. We remind you that the KCAS Admissions Committee continues its work and recruitment of students at the beginning of the 2025-2026 academic year.

At the meeting of the pedagogical council, other reports were made by teachers and the administration:

  Yuriy Shcherban, Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Work, presented a report “On Approval of the General Work Plan of the Kyiv Professional College of Applied Sciences for the 2025-2026 Academic Year”.
• Olena Vasyuk, Senior Personnel Inspector, presented a report “On the Status of the Organization and Maintenance of Military Records of Education Applicants”.
• Oksana Dzyuba, Authorized Person for Prevention and Detection of Corruption, presented a report “On Approval of the Regulations on Prevention and Counteraction to Corruption in the Kyiv Professional College of Applied Sciences with Amendments”.
• Heads of Departments Nataliya Prokopenko, Oksana Sakhno, Anna Sokol presented reports “On the Transfer of Students Who Study at the Expenses of Individuals and/or Legal Entities to Vacant Places on Regional Orders”.
• Pavlo Prytchenko, Deputy Director for Administrative and Economic Work, presented a report “On the Organization of a Safe Educational Environment in the 2025-2026 Academic Year at the Kyiv Professional College of Applied Sciences”.

Finally, the Council meeting ended with a motivating and optimistic event: awarding certificates for conscientious work and personal achievements of teachers and employees of College. Among the awardees - Tetyana Ponomarenko, methodologist of the educational department, teacher of the KCAS Light Industry Technologies Commission, received gratitude from the mayor of the capital for a significant contribution to the development of the youth movement. Also, the award for a significant personal contribution to the development of the youth movement and youth policy from the Department of Youth and Sports of Kyiv was received by KCAS methodologist Kateryna Hirchuk. We congratulate all the awardees and wish the KCAS teaching staff to maintain their dignity and work fruitfully in the new academic year!
