KCAS та ТОВ “ОЛТЕКС” підписали меморандум про співпрацю

    21 жовтня 2025 року заступник директора з академічних питань та інформатизації KCAS Юрій Щербань та директор ТОВ “ОЛТЕКС” Аркадій Стужук підписали важливий документ - меморандум про співпрацю. Ним передбачено плідну перспективну взаємодію між Коледжем та підприємством “ОЛТЕКС” за багатьма напрямками. Серед них: 

• формування основних напрямів роботи, які сприятимуть упровадженню національної галузевої стратегії навичок; розробка та оновлення змісту навчальних програм для вирішення нагальних потреб закладів освіти секторів TCLF (Текстиль/Одяг/Шкіра/Взуття);
• модернізація та конкурентоспроможність секторів TCLF шляхом розробки стратегії підвищення кваліфікації та перекваліфікації;
• цифровізація та діджиталізація для створення більш ефективного та інклюзивного середовища для учасників освітнього процесу та бізнесу;
• сталий розвиток та інші тенденції з точки зору споживання та виробництва;
• налагодження партнерської комунікації для реагування на потреби ринку праці, підтримки зелених та цифрових переходів, національних, регіональних та місцевих навичок та стратегії зростання;

Співпраця, окрім того,  передбачає просвітницькі заходи, спрямовані на реалізацію завдань європейського Проєкту METASKILLS4TCLF, завдання якого - розробка стратегій розвитку навичок у секторі TCLF; урахування й закріплення результатів Програми Skills4Smart TCLF Industries 2030, зорієнтованої на посилення модернізації та конкурентоспроможності секторів TCLF.

Компанія “ОЛТЕКС” успішно працює і розвивається на вітчизняному ринку з 1999 року. На сьогодні “ОЛТЕКС” - один із лідерів серед українських виробників форменого та повсякденного верхнього одягу. До складу компанії входять 3 швейні фабрики та фабрика з виробництва шкарпеток. Сьогодні “ОЛТЕКС” також виконують пошиття повсякденного одягу на замовлення для таких відомих європейських брендів як Zadig & Voltaire, United Colors of Benetton, Sandro, Zapa, Balibaris та інших.

Важливим є те, що студенти KCAS спеціальності G15 Технології легкої промисловості вже традиційно проходять виробничу практику на фабриках “ОЛТЕКС”, і часто обирають підприємство своїм місцем роботи.

KCAS and OLTEX LLC signed a memorandum of cooperation

On October 21, 2025, Yuriy Shcherban, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs and Informatization of KCAS, and Arkady Stuzhuk, Director of OLTEX LLC, signed an important document - a memorandum of cooperation. It outlines the prospective collaboration between College and the OLTEX enterprise in many areas. Among them:

• formation of the main areas of work that will contribute to the implementation of the national sectoral skills strategy; development and updating of the content of curricula to address the urgent needs of educational institutions in the TCLF sectors (Textile/Clothing/Leather/Footwear);
• modernization and competitiveness of TCLF sectors by developing a strategy for advanced training and retraining;
• digitalization to create a more effective and inclusive environment for participants in the educational process and business;
• sustainable development and other trends in terms of consumption and production;
• establishing partnership communication to respond to labor market needs, support green and digital transitions, national, regional and local skills and growth strategies;

The cooperation also includes educational activities aimed at implementing the tasks of the European METASKILLS4TCLF Project, the task of which is to develop strategies for skills development in the TCLF sector; taking into account and consolidating the results of the Skills4Smart TCLF Industries 2030 Program, aimed at strengthening the modernization and competitiveness of TCLF sectors.

The company “OLTEX” has been successfully operating and developing on the domestic market since 1999. Today, “OLTEX” is one of the leaders among Ukrainian manufacturers of uniform and casual outerwear. The company includes 3 sewing factories and a sock factory. Today, “OLTEX” also performs tailoring of casual clothing to order for such well-known European brands as Zadig & Voltaire, United Colors of Benetton, Sandro, Zapa, Balibaris and others.

It is important that KCAS students of the G15 TCLF Industry Technologies specialty have traditionally undergone production practice at the “OLTEX” factories, and often choose the enterprise as their place of work.
