У KCAS пройшла супервізія для колективу Коледжу

15 жовтня 2025 року у KCAS завершилася супервізія для керівників та команд організацій. За нашим запитом організатором цього заходу виступив Київський міський центр соціальних служб за безпосереднього сприяння управління з питань гендерної рівності Департаменту соціальної та ветеранської політики КМДА.

Мета супервізії - допомогти команді KCAS краще усвідомити свою ідентичність як колективу, окреслити плани на майбутнє та перспективи розвитку, зрозуміти, які шляхи обирати для поліпшення ефективності команди та взаємодії між її членами. Також це можливість для кожного висловити свою думку, вислухати думки колег, запропонувати власні ідеї, відверто поділитися професійними планами.

Учасники глибше зрозуміли механізми роботи колективу як єдиного цілого, поглибили власні знання щодо психологічних аспектів мотивації, комунікації, лідерства. Отримали цінні поради щодо самовдосконалення та саморозвитку в процесі роботи. 

Супервізія тривала з 16 вересня до 15 жовтня, складалася з 9 зустрічей. Учасниками стали фахівці нашого закладу - методисти, майстри та соціальні працівники, які у своїй щоденній роботі виконують функції надавачів соціальних послуг для студентів із вразливих категорій.

Супервізію для колективу KCAS проводила Валентина Гурієвська, психолог, коуч, системний супервізор та доктор філософії з державного управління. Пані Валентина має понад 20 років практичного досвіду роботи психологом, коучем та тренером; понад 10 років здійснює наукові дослідження у галузі психології управління. Є автором понад 100 наукових публікацій на цю тему. Велика подяка пані Валентині Гурієвській за новий досвід, нові знання, продуктивний та корисний час разом!

KCAS held a supervision for the College team

On October 15, 2025, KCAS completed a supervision for leaders and teams of organizations. At our request, the Kyiv City Center for Social Services was the organizer of this event with the direct assistance of the Gender Equality Department of the Department of Social and Veteran Policy of the Kyiv City State Administration.

The purpose of the supervision is to help the KCAS team better understand its identity as a team, outline plans for the future and development prospects, understand which ways to choose to improve the team's effectiveness and interaction between its members. It is also an opportunity for everyone to express their opinion, listen to the opinions of colleagues, offer their own ideas, and openly share professional plans.

The participants gained a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of the team's work as a whole, deepened their knowledge of the psychological aspects of motivation, communication, and leadership. They received valuable advice on self-improvement and self-development in the process of work.

The supervision lasted from September 16 to October 15, and consisted of 9 meetings. The participants were specialists from our institution - methodologists, masters and social workers, who in their daily work perform the functions of social service providers for students from vulnerable categories.

The supervision for the KCAS team was conducted by Valentina Gurievska, a psychologist, coach, system supervisor and PhD in public administration. Ms. Valentina has over 20 years of practical experience as a psychologist, coach and trainer; for over 10 years she has been conducting scientific research in the field of management psychology. She is the author of over 100 scientific publications on this topic. Many thanks to Ms. Valentina Gurievska for new experience, new knowledge, productive and useful time together!
