Директорка KCAS Ганна Щуцька на четвертій зустрічі проєкту METASKILLS4TCLF

6 - 7 травня 2025 року у німецькому місті Пірмазенс відбулася четверта зустріч європейського проєкту METASKILLS4TCLF. На ній були присутні провідні фахівці легкої промисловості з багатьох європейських країн - Бельгії, Німеччини, Франції, Греції, Італії, Польщі, Португалії, Румунії, Швеції, Іспанії та України. Вітчизняний легпром на івенті представляли президент-голова правління Асоціації “Укрлегпром” Тетяна Ізовіт і директорка Київського фахового коледжу прикладних наук Ганна Щуцька.

          Місце для чергової зустрічі учасників прєкту METASKILLS4TCLF було обрано не випадково - місто Пірмазенс є відомим хабом взуттєвої індустрії. Одним із центральних заходів зустрічі став візит до Випробувального та Дослідницького Інституту Пірмазенсу (PFI Germany), що займається тестуванням та сертифікацією шкіри і взуттєвих матеріалів та підготовкою спеціалістів.

          Учасники зустрічі також обговорили такі важливі питання, як залучення нових фахових та вищих закладів освіти до проєкту, розробка новітніх освітніх матеріалів, пошук та залучення молодих спеціалістів до роботи в галузі.

          Нагадаємо, проєкт METASKILLS4TCLF покликаний об’єднати спеціалістів, заклади освіти та підприємців, що працюють у галузі легкої промисловості, розробити інноваційні методи підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації спеціалістів.

On May 6-7, 2025, the fourth meeting of the European project METASKILLS4TCLF took place in the German city of Pirmasens. It was attended by leading TCLF industry specialists from many European countries - Belgium, Germany, France, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain and Ukraine. The domestic TCLF industry was represented at the event by the President and Chairman of the Board of the Association "Ukrlegprom" Tetyana Izovit and the Director of Kyiv College of Applied Sciences Hanna Shchutska.

The place for the meeting of the participants of the METASKILLS4TCLF project was not chosen by chance - the city of Pirmasens is a well-known hub of the footwear industry. One of the central events of the meeting was a visit to the Pirmasens Testing and Research Institute (PFI Germany), which is engaged in testing and certification of leather and footwear materials and training specialists.

The participants of the meeting also discussed such important issues as involving new professional and higher education institutions in the project, developing the latest educational materials, and finding and attracting young specialists to work in the industry.

As a reminder, the METASKILLS4TCLF project is designed to unite specialists, educational institutions and entrepreneurs working in the light industry, to develop innovative methods of training and advanced training of specialists.
